Pear With Me

Pear, barberry & sumac Mediterranean dip

A surprisingly sophisticated sweet, tart, and savory dip mix combining juicy pear with tangy barberries and bright, citrusy sumac. Onion, garlic, tomato, lemon, and savory herbs balance the fruit, creating a flavor that sits somewhere between a Mediterranean-inspired dip, fruit spread, and savory appetizer. The pear brings gentle sweetness, while barberry and sumac provide the tart, slightly citrusy punch that makes this one decidedly different from the usual party dip.
